They had a lot of BC-ON loads last year that delivered to Nike, Sketchers, Foot Locker, Gap, etc. They do not have any more loads nowadays nor are they paying their invoices. No replies from their accounting, owners are no longer picking up their phone. Anyone have any idea on what to do?

Their Insurance is pending cancellation on 01/29/2025 which is never good when they aren't responding to you.

I'm guessing they double-brokered these to you; by looking at this company online, I would have difficulty believing they got this business direct.
If I were you, I would check all the paperwork to see if you could find out who gave them the loads. I'm guessing you got them from an Xdock with that commodity. It must have been transl-loaded freight. If that's the case, try getting information from the shipper about who set up or paid for the Xdock.

Just had a look at their google reviews, probably among the worst I've seen in a while... definitely the worst of 2025 so far...
