Has any one else had problem with DHL specifically the Buffalo branch taking forever to process PAPS? Multiple occasions recently have had instances where they had 3 hours to process paperwork and still hadnt looked at it some 3 hours later.

Any one else have headaches with these guys?

Not Danza's but Norman Jensen is a joke at Buffalo azzhats couldn't clear a two car funeral!!

Same thing here. Nothing like doing a 5-6 hour run, and takes 3-5 hours for the paps to be setup. We conference called them, and my customer tore a strip off them. They only have 1 machine, they are not automated (unbelievable!!).

They offered us to send the paps to the Derby Line VT crossing just advise what port you are crossing and they will set it up. We haven't had a problem since.

Had a shipment 2-3 weeks ago. Took 6 hours to clear after about 5 phone calls to them. Simple 1 line entry. No effort to speed up the process at their end either. Funny, it was for a large multi-national account. I would have thought they would be all over an account like that to keep things efficient.

UPS - East Coast

I dread when we have a load clearing through UPS/OMD. I know it will be long hours of babysitting to ensure our driver gets cleared.
