Scheduled load for pickup at 9:30 PM. Missed the appointment, dispatcher said please schedule pickup 10 am next morning.
Missed that too. Told me to wait 30 min this morning to check with the driver and then came back and said the driver refusing to pickup load.

I have to manually update the shipper and validate reasons for lateness, the reason being carrier found more money elsewhere I guess.

First and last time I give a load to them.
 
That reason is especially noteworthy if your client beat you up over price. Everyone gets what they pay for.

Sorry to hear this story though, tracing a truck that never picks up is so painful...
