If you want to deal with a good carrier DON'T use these guys. They were to pickup a load (gave them a 2 day window), second day I call to make sure all is good. They tell me they are at Amazon delivering and are 20 miles from my pickup (this is 9am). Call at 4:30 they say they will call me back. No call. I call back again, and am told "I just walked thru the door" I will check and call you back. I said, "are you going to call me back". Get the famous, yes lady, I will call you back. Shockingly (not really), no call back and famously now won't even pickup their phone when they see my number. I would RUN not walk from these guys!
