We have done a few loads for them and the last invoice was hitting 90 days, reached out to the owner and she said she will e-trans and it never came, called the shipper and they sorted out the payment....
Sent D416 13 emails, 9 text messages 16 phone calls..... Called the shipper one time and was paid in 20 min.....
We gave them a lot of time to get this paid and warned her we would be calling the customer direct and still no response.
