Anyone having issue collecting money from these guys?
90+ days for a small invoice , haven't paid us.
 
Recently had problem with Custom Plus, the owner said he has no more money so we had to call the consignee and it is the consignee that agreed to pay us directly. That was last month
 
we're having trouble collecting as well. Looks like the dispatch team is resigning on the owner as they're kind of stuck in between. Still have 1 of their trailers that we're holding till we receive payment btw

I did 1 load for these guys back in April 2018 and it took over 4 months to get paid. I had to threaten to call up every name I had on paperwork relating to this load in order to get paid by these guys.

Common excuses these guys used were the person handling A/P was not available. Cheque in the mail, cheque got lost in the mail etc. My advice is don't deal with em.

We had a tough time collecting, broken promises and delays, luckily we got our money except $400. Aaron is the guy to talk to. Nice guy but I think they are on a sinking ship.
 
Did some stuff for them last year late paying by a week but got paid no questions asked
Too bad if sinking ship nice people to deal with

Lots of companies were good to deal with last year, but when brokers start spending more money than they are earning, guess who suffers?
 
We were able to get our payment after 120 days through the dispatcher I booked . it was a small amount but glad we were able to get the payment. We were among the few carriers the end customer didn't pay custom plus at that time for the work we did for custom plus.

You are correct, that was closed back in November/December, Book was sold off to another broker. The Bond I believe is still active as they still show on the Gov. Website.

You probably won't be able to get a hold of Aaron. No one has been able to. He keeps telling people that he will reach out in the next coming weeks about payment but never does.
