We got the very first invoice billed to Customs Plus back on March 29, 17. Our due diligence revealed brokerage is new and inexperienced operated by two young guys. We gave them a chance. However, when it gotten to payment they ignored our emails and phone calls. Secretary or dispatcher always claimed owner is too busy to answer our calls. We had to contact both shipper and consignee in order to finally get a payment on 87th day. Highly non professional attitude, placed on our DNU. Hope it helps.
