Has anyone dealt with this company ? Good or bad experiences ? I'm having a bad one with them trying to get paid.

I have updated the thread header to the appropriate company.

We stopped dealing with them quite some time ago. They book a lot of their shipments via CH Robinson. What is the issue you are having - how old is the receivable? My contact at the time was Anna in AP. I'm sure it has changed.

Hopefully another member can 'chime' in here also and assist. The more info you provide - the more assistance you will be given.

I believe it had something to do with rates. I have no notes related to pay issues.

But your rates are very competitive and the service provided is exceptional. Why would anyone stop calling your team? Something fishy!!

My advise is stay as far away from this customer as possible as they will short pay every one of your invoice with some sort of Micky mouse chargebacks. I can provide more info if you want to call me at 905-876-0227 Ext. 5302
