THE BANKRUPTCY LIST FOR CUMMINGS FREIGHT SYSTEMS IS OUT. IT LOOKS LIKE HE DID NOT LEAVE OUT TO MANY CARRIERS, WHEN HE RAN UP THE BILLS.

I spoke with Greg last week and he was in process of declaring bankruptcy. I haven't seen it yet but I have heard it is out there and not looking good

Someone has to teach these guys a lesson. It's one thing for a carrier to go txts up but for a broker with no expenses or employes other then rent and phone/fax to jack up a bill like that and screw everyone is sickening. Greg Cumming will surface somewhere keep your eyes open.

We hve been dealing with Greg Cumming since 2004 & no sign of trouble, suddenly he had a lot of good loads for us, until he ran the bill upto $36000. Now we hear he is bankrupt. I hear he has a nice house. I think we should move in there.
