I think the CTOA is also wrong.
I'm sorry, an organization more worried about "diversity and inclusion" rather than safe vehicle operation can not, and should not, be taken seriously. Strangely enough, when I read about one of these guys killing a family, I don't wonder if they got their feelings hurt because some DOT guy asked if they can speak english.

You'd think they we're carding folks on the street. I'm for enforcement for ALL, not just against one specific demographic/company etc. Now, if there is a data to suggest a trend/common element, I'd certainly want to use that to societies advantage and save potential lives/utilize our limited enforcement resources. If that means Ol White Boys Trucking - great, get em'.

Gee using the race card because the Government is finally cracking down out a bunch of so called carriers skirting rules and regs. Imagine is anyone shocked that the CTOA went right too the race card.

Here is a bit of free advice. Quit trying to skirt the laws and you will have nothing to worry about, Your white tupperware torpedo with the black hood missing side skirts one broken mudflap 14 lights out and never seen a washbay in 12 years truck just says pull me over. It is low hanging fruit as they say. The fact they have gotten away so long without having to play by the rules seems like being picked on when the rules get enforced.

PS how do I join this association as I would be a hit at meetings I am sure..
