Show all the emails you did not just some parts. You admit driver wait for 45 minutes this was not resolved there were other dlvs in the truck like yours other customers were also waiting . I can't wait there for 1 skid when receiver says go from there they will not offload driver.
 
Ahhhh……the classic response when an LTL shipment goes sideways, even if there have been assurances offered and commitments made for a specific delivery. “Uh…it is only LTL you know!” In spite of what the fine print on the Bill of Lading might say regarding delivery with due dispatch, I really don’t think the lawyers that crafted that document included that provision as protection against shitty service.

I'm glad you mention LTL since industry standard is 1 hour wait time. We would have reimbursed you for detention after that but you didn't even give us the chance, that is why you are on our DNU list

1 hour for 1 skid seriously.
 
They have done many moves for me and never had any issues. Albeit that they were expedited and dedicated but the service and communication was there. Anna is awesome. Will use them again without question.
