Cross border Outbound OTR Rates

Good morning!
Wondering if anyone has any knowledge pertaining to the rate increases currently in effect or about to take effect? We have been hearing rates will be impacted for the following lanes:
GTA - WI, IL, TX
Anyone else have any insight?

Outbound is always expensive to account for below market inbound rates, driver lay overs and detention time.
Outbound dry box is between 1.95-2.35 per mile depending on load, reefer outbound is 2.40-2.65 per mile outbound. Flat/rgn/ conestoga is 3.00 a mile outbound maybe 2.75-2.85.

Inbound rates are 1.55-1.85 per mile on a good day. Some times i can cover freight for less than 1.25 per mile inbound into Canada
