Have any one dealt with this broker out of Toronto?
Do they pay on time? Any information would be appreciated.
 
Never heard of them. Though their website doesn't look like a combination of a first week ESL/Photoshop class, which is nice. They offer 2 day quick pay and seem slightly active on Linkdin.
I'd roll the dice with quick pay for the first couple loads at least. But that's just me.

Yes, that's my plan if we end up working together but dialogue so far, is not what we expect. Don't answer phone calls only emails and not even replying. So, does not look good.

Also only 1 year old company does make me worry. but credit report is good and says pays in 18 days.
 
Lack of communication is always a concern. 18 days is pretty good. At least you can pursue the shipper/receiver for money if they don't pay in a timely fashion. A lot easier than trying to collect after 60 or 90 days.
 
just did a load for Crisp Cargo and they deducted $10.00 from the rate to process payment via ACH! Since when is the Carrier responsible for Brokers bank fees?

Toronto. I am still trying to collect the $10.00...it is not about the money but the principal that they deducted $10.00 to pay the Carrier which completed a service for them. Outrageous! I should not have to be responsible for your bank fees. That is part of doing business. A nice google review will help make me feel better
