We have used them since ACE inception and have had absolutely no problem. ( though I wasn't involved in original set up so cannot speak to that)
We are entering our own data into the ACE portal for USA bound shipments. We find it less costly but then again we are FTL to the USA. I would imagine perhaps if you were an LTL carrier and had over 50 shipments per day it might be worth it depending on your current staff situation as well.
The company I used to work for used Crimson. It was a bit up and down, usually in the summer, almost as if they were employing students. There used to be approximately 1 issue a weeek. That may have changed now, it has been 18 months since I used them.

We do through Fleetmanager dispatch system works well..sure wish they would get off the pot for ACI though!!

Great service
We have used them from the get go .
We had used the interface from Link dispatch and it worked well.
We have switched over to using Dispatch mate from Infosite since July and it works even better.
We still have a glitch or two to work out with Dispatchmate's interface but it is really easy to use.
The tech support offered by Crimson Logic is beyond reproach, you can call anytime and get a response within 2 minutes if not immediately , even Saturday @ 10 pm.
We only need the tech support when we have to change something on the manifest and do not remember how to!
I do not remember a service failure on their part.
As for the $52.00 per month, it is well worth it. I rather spend the time putting an extra skid on the trailer than re entering Data on the free site.!
