We have had dealings with the above company a few times a number of months go the hauled a load for us from Montreal to Saskatchewan. Upon deliver the goods were very damaged and had been crossdocked. BOL was signed damaged and by all accounts carrier is liable. of course all of a sudden Robert and Claude are no where to be found. I would suggest being careful this is well over 90 days now and no response to claim letters or notice for the $3000.00 if claim value. We paid there invoice as that is how we do business invoices should always be paid and separate from claims. If anyone is thinking bout using them you may want to consider this. Seems like things have changed and not for the better with CRE.
