With the addition of a recent hire, my firm has successfully covered all the employee diversification requirements. We now have a person of Caribbean decent, another of Asian ancestry, yet another of Indian background, a person with a very slight physical challenge, a couple of women and myself , a senior with diminishing mental capabilities! It has taken 33 years, but we have finally made it!
