Assuming that you mean other than the big guys... Midland Courier to ON/PQ and the Maritimes... Try Tiger Courier or ATS to the West.

Thanks Eric from A&B Couriers - offered some good rates.

UPS and FEDEX are over priced unless you do volumes with them and I am shipping out some Tonneau covers.
