Hello Members ,
Is anybody else having trouble with Conveyed Transportation . We did one load for them from Terre Haute ,IN to Ontario back in January. It has been 6 months and invoice is still not paid. Whenever we call them only answer we get is Next Friday . When last time we called the answer we got from them was that their customer is not paying them and he has only 16 dollars in his account.
Today he is posting couple of outbounds from Ontario
So think twice before you book with them .

So, they told my CSR they would do COD. I said no, if they want us to do the load, it is pay BEFORE we load our truck. They've already sent the e-transfer. When our truck is onsite, we call and they will give the password. No password, no truck. Luckily, we're in Mississauga and so is the pickup. Obviously they are desperate.

Three months no payment and they are just now asking for my void cheque. Feeling I may be chasing this one awhile!!!

I was told a via email a cheque was getting mailed out Monday, I immediately sent message back saying I would like to send Purolator in to pu cheque at our expense, sent another one later in week and called twice today, they have played the vanishing act and I am 100 percent sure the phantom cheque is still on his desk!!!!

Time for Load Link to kick them off - they will hide behind "we need to receive three complaints".
That's their way of not having to deal with it.
Just get another load from them and hold it hostage - if more carriers did this the brokers would learn how the game is played.
Brokers are always in a hurry - hurry to book, hurry to get it delivered, hurry to badger with track & trace and once delivered - VERY slow in paying. Time to change the power structure here - brokers with no carriers = no business and for some of them - good riddance.

Forgot to come back here to update. After first load, I forgot to turn the account off and our CSRs in their infinite wisdom booked another load. Not COD. That was end of October. So many promises to pay. Last was Feb 26, his words were, I'll send the confirmation this afternoon. It's now Tuesday...and no confirmation. No answer over the phone and no response to my emails.
 
We did a load for Conveyed back in June/20. We have been getting the same story from them to "send a void cheque" Blablahblah... The website now has Conveyed Transportation Solutions/Baxter Baily & Associates. They are still answering the phones and Devon Lelansingh is still listed as CEO.
We don't hold any hope of this guy having any integrity.
 
Hi guys, We did 3 loads for Conveyed in August 2020 and are still chasing them for payments. They do not pick up our phone any more. Do you know any contact # or email of the perosn that we can talk to?

2 months ago, I called the number on the BOl and they gave a number and email of accounts in Spain. :-(
Called and email and have had no luck!
But still trying.
