Was wondering if anyone has information on this company, i.e. the owner.

Over 100+ days failure to pay 1 invoice and playing games when trying to get it from this company.

Only scenario I can think of is going to Tribunal Court and get payment?

Thank you

Hey TransKing,

I am fortunate to have never heard of or dealt with this company, however I can provide my advice...

At 100+ days, you should inform the Broker that you will be making contact with their customer within 24 hours if not paid.

Then follow-up with the customer the next day to let them know that you, the carrier, have not been paid.

You can use the Mercantile Law Act as ammunition if you need... Look up some info on here about it, or feel free to PM me if you want more specific info.

Essentially, this act will allow a carrier to seek payment directly from the broker's customer when the broker is unable or unwilling to pay.

Be prepared to take this to small claims court if both parties still won't pay. You can file online without leaving your office these days...

Good luck sir!

Hey Jonny-Chicken,

Thank you for advising steps that we should consider to take. This is really helpful and if I need anymore information on how to file, I will pm you. Thanks again
