Our company is excited to be hiring for a position in Customer Service!
We are looking for an individual who is able to take on several tasks at once. The ideal
individual has to be able to work individually as well as in a team. Must have experience in customer service and must be willing to learn.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Tracing shipments
- Updating our online system
- Making phone calls
- Creating reports
- Organizing files
- Gathering quotes
- Some data entry
