They have been on our do not use list for about 5 years for slow freight payment. Their rates typically are not sufficiently attractive for us to continue to finance their operations for 50-75 days.
On my DNU list for past 5-6 years as well, they would take my rate quote the customer then find a cheaper carrier to move the frieght. when we did do something, we had to hound them for payment, going to 75 days
I too have had to hound this company for payment years ago, had one at almost 90 days. Unfortunately we seem to still take loads from them from time to time.
Terms seem to have improved slightly over the years but still slow at about 70 days lately.
