Anyone else waiting 90 to 100 days to get paid from these guys?
 
They average 75 days with us - that number has been creeping up and up over a steady 6 month period now.

When I have issues and can't get a reply from Crystal in A/P - I take my concerns directly to Laura Lee Friedel - Operations. The matter is usually cleared up shortly after that.

We have one invoice currently overdue - at 70+ days now. Waiting on a reply....will advise when I receive a response.
 
have had the same issue with them for years.....nothing new. We try to avoid using them if at all possible as they finance their business with carrier's money
 
They pay me in about 60-80 days on average. We don't deal with them very much. Currently have 1 invoice outstanding at 65 days. Crystal recently told us they pay their invoices 45-55 days after receipt.
 
Well, my invoice is now at 73 days and counting. I have been lied to by the owner, Bruce, and have now been hung up on by Crystal. I have complained to the Link. If others who are trying to collect send their concerns to [email protected] then we will all get paid when the Link threatens to cut them off.
 
They are a little slow, but haven't had any disputes with them yet.

Invoice date- 04/28/08
Paid date- 07/18/08

Invoice date- 08/06/08
Paid date- 10/22/08

Invoice date- 02/27/09
Paid date- 05/04/09

I got tired of chasing after them on every invoice. On my DNC list.
 
Yeah, lots of problems over there at Conex.

Don't waste your time with Crystal, she no power at all.

You need to hound the s**t out of Bruce, he is the owner. Tell him you will be calling his customer to explain how you have not been able to get payment from Conex and the money will flow like water!! Also, be prepared to actually make that call.
