COMPETITION WATCH: TransForce reports solid Q4 results

I'm surprised Transforce hasn't imploded yet like TCT did. If you look at their website, they specifically say they are looking to consolidate the transportation industry in their objectives, which is a pretty big goal. The truth is, their EBITDA only had a marginal improvement over last year and the only good news is that they have a better working capital ratio at the end of Q4 2010 vs the previous year, when it had a negative ratio. So I'm not sure that they should be celebrating that gain just yet, especially with rising fuel costs.
