And then there are some that really make me chuckle.

The other day one of my drivers passed a truck with the company name "Wessuc"...

They are a Biosolids Management and Vacuum Services company.
:D:D

There's a lot of these ... broker names can be even funnier ...

Boomerang Logistics

Git R Dun Logistics

I'm sure I know of others that don't come to mind at the moment ...

We have a customer in the USA that used to reference a "Sledgehammer Logistics"

Funny business names

I met a man in the hospital going for a hallway walk dragging his IV bottles with him. He had a T shirt on with "I'm in Heat!!!". I just had to ask him about it. He didn't answer - just turned around and the backside gave his heating business's name and contact #.

Many years ago, I started a construction project in Thunderbay and when setting up accounts with local vendors for industrial supplies and construction toll rentals. I set up with this one - S & M Rentals. I could never call them with an order and keep a straight face or stifle a laugh.

haahaa...

Yeah, how about B.R.E.A.S.T. Transport!

Not sure if they are still "a-round" ...

No Bull Transport...I think they go by NBT now as they are fairly big. I guess the owner started out with some anger fueling his entrepreneurial passion.

Probably the worst name I've seen "Nijjar Transport" from B.C. - was ostensibly called something else, which I don't have to tell you what it was since it's easy to guess. Sadly for them and other companies that tend to use, um, overly ethnic names just leads to jokes about how a sales person from that company (if they had any) introduces themselves. The two memorable names for me are Hillbilly Transport and Low Risk Transport. I've seen Hillbilly on Link Logistics and thought only of Jed, Jethro, Ellie Mae and Granny being the reps. I laughed my head off when I first saw "Low Risk Transport" on a truck on the 401 (and see them once in a while.)
