I am seeing more and more late payers.

Is it reasonable to say that if a carrier doesn't either offer Quickly, or pay within 45 days you shouldn't even deal with them?

And if the carrier doesn't pay within the agreed payment times, contact the shipper and receiver right away?


I learned this week that one of my clients(second shipment) , has filed for bankruptcy. I am going to try to collect from the shipper if possible.
 
@Henry, I think you mentioned in another post that you were factoring...if you have one the "non-recourse" programs, you would probably be covered for customer bankruptcy, no?
