Anybody getting paid by this company?

Load done Jun 22, starting to think I'm not going to get paid.

Getting run around from Accounts Payable.

Cut them off awhile ago - taking 80+ days to pay...have been on our "DNU" list...

average pay 67 days, stay close on them, they up and down, but will pay

I think that their dispatchers might have trained their A/P people. Full of s#@t, it took their "team" (actually a single driver that had no hours to begin with - confirmed by the consignee who spoke to the driver) 8 days to run 2850 miles. Okay for a single driver, but we booked a team, paid for a team and put team requirement on our confirmation sheet. Once they were called on it they had nothing to say, hmmmmmm. Can you say rate reduction....Now on my D.N.U. by the by, DO NOT trust a word out of Drew's mouth....

I have been lied to and jerked around by these clowns so many times it is unreal. Stay far away.

Yeah, good question Wiley... I guess I'll find out soon. Sent email to their customer today explaining the situation and threatening to sue all. We'll see...

Well, I spoke to their customer this morning and they have someone looking into this on their end. I guess I'll know soon if this was double brokered or if I have any chance in hell of getting paid without using the courts.

UPDATE!

I just spoke to the customer again. They have informed me that they paid CMX in full for the load.

Pretty clear what's going on here. CMX Motor Xpress gets load from a customer, gets a real carrier to move the load, gets paid by the customer, and in the end stiffs the carrier.

I will be suing them next week.

Update!

Victoria from Link Logistics just returned my call from last Friday. She said she spoke to CMX and apparently they are sending out a cheque on Wednesday. We'll see...

Unfortunately, today I also filed papers with small claims court...

Oh well, I guess I'll get my money one way or the other.
