Are they asset based or a broker?

Why?? What are you waiting for? Send it to collections. If they haven't paid you by now, you're likely not getting it.

The more dust that settles on your overdue invoices, the less likely they will ever get paid. Hire someone to come into your office every couple of weeks, or do it from home and call these deadbeat accounts! Squeaky wheels get the grease.

We work with Majid. They have a second division that does LTL. They do good work. Is that the issue?

No, issue was they double broker loads without permission and in fact actively try to hide it.

Heads up, Canadian Motor Freight has lost their FMCSA brokerage authorities plus their Carrier authorities insurance policy has been cancelled and is expected to drop off in two days.

yes they do all loads double broker and never pay to carrier
