One of their tractor trailers was involved in a hit and run on a stationary vehicle.
Due to being at fault as per the police report, they desperately requested that we do not make a claim through insurance, ensuring that all losses would be covered.
When calling them to discuss/negotiate costs after the police report was finalized, they were extremely unprofessional to say the least. We were told to call back because Mary was not in. The same situation repeated itself over several times. They then had the nerve to call the police and say that we were harassing them?!
