ONLY if the carrier is desperate enough to haul it. If NO ONE bites it becomes a problem for G.K. Carrier then doesn't it?

This is where we need to come together as the carriers, when we ALL refuse to haul for garbage rates, then WE can start getting paid fair rates for the loads we haul.

As Nawk said, I would come home empty rather than get paid garbage rates.
