Dan has been quietly looking for a possible buyer for a while now. Time to relax and enjoy the fruits of his decades of work. If indeed this is true…kudos to him!

Confirmed to be true. Dan will announce it publicly tomorrow. Fast Freight Intermodal will assume a majority position in Challenger MF. The current management team will remain in place.

It was told to me as Fast freight Intermodal which is a division (I assume) of Fast Freight. Dan will remain as Chairman and Jim Peebles as President and CEO. The purchaser will be taking a hands off approach, at least for a while.
