CH Robinson PAPS contact

Good day,

Have 2 shipments that are loaded and running into an issue getting ahold of CH Robinson PAPS. Have contacted the customer multiple times. Email addresses provided don't work or are for the PARS side. The phone number....well lets just say I'm 1.5 hrs on hold so far. Any insight how to get ahold of their PAPS department?

Last time we had an issue with a PAPS, I called a random CH office and sweet talked my way to speaking to a manager...

Not the best advice but its all I got.

CH PAPS Team is pretty good, they just changed their email recently we had some issues as well with that

Pretty good? I'm still on hold! 2.5 hrs now. Have talked to 1 person. This equates to Livingston's standards

We havent had any issues, we usually communicate through email, 5-6 shipments we clear through them
