CEVA fees

Please take a look at the attachment to see what we received from CEVA. What a cash grab! I get to pay $100 to keep an account with them. Then I get to have a myriad of applicable charges applied to my invoice should a dot not be above an 'i' or the 't' crossed.

What frustrates me is that we never get a straight answer from them in regards to payment.

Please, if you receive a similar letter, write to CEVA and let them know that you don't agree.

Not that it affects my business, but what a cash grab!

$99.00 they could have gotten a print to pdf application and emailed all the statements instead of a considerable investment in technology.

Wonder if that will fly with my accounts on my books?? j/k
 
Sounds sketchy to me. Why not keep it simple... require an invoice and a POD... and forget the fee nonsense..
 
Say that is fine but add the charges to every load and a $10 surcharge for the $100 fee, we had a company that wanted $2500 a year for EDI but when we said we would pay but needed a price increase to cover this cost it was amazing how that $2500 was never mentioned and we still do the loads.

Seems reasonable to me. I'm sure CEVA has better things to do than audit every single vendor invoice. If your not accurately billing them perhaps the real issue may lie within your own organization. The modest annual fee is a small price to pay to have such an efficient shipment settlement system that pays us in 14 days.
 
LOL!!! 14 days! That I would pay for. CEVA cannot process anything in 14 days - electronic or not.
