Hey Danny,
We have a good working relationship with Certain. I spoke to Nikki and find that one of her recent Ex employees (Bill H.) was doing things like rebrokering loads, not putting them in the system, etc... She's in a bit of a mess but cleaning it all up. She's going through each order she has, finding new ones that aren't in her system and she receives new invoices every day (sometimes 2nd and 3rd times sending) that are not in her system either due to some seriously sketchy activity. They are good and hard working people, she just had an employee (for less than a year) that really turned out to be untrustworthy.
Give her 2 weeks, I expect you'll see your payment.
