We arranged a load through Joe at Center Land Express. We followed up 2 days in advance and perodically till the Saturday pick up. We followed up in the morning of the Saturday pick up. Everything was ok but they needed a mudflap on their trailer. Followed up at noon and they were arranging a fix for a flat tire and they were only 15mins away. From here it was a run around till we had to make other arrangements to get it picked up. They never showed up and at 5pm (7 hrs after the arranged pick up) we cancelled the load for them and Joe still had no explanation on where his truck was. They are on our DO NOT USE list. They either have a lack of organizational skills or they have an abundance of incompetance. Either way, not worth the risk.
