Should be interesting... its high time that truck driving is recognized as a skilled trade and profession that can't be learned in a matter of hours.. 100 hours mandatory training is a good start though.. ideally followed up with coaching and mentorship. I got a couple of hours in 1979.. mostly showed me how the gears worked.. followed by "swing wide on your turns and try not to hit anything".. ah yes.. the good old days.

On the upside though, now that we don't have to show you how the gears work any more (auto-shifts), we can spend more time teaching you safety
