I think the CBSA proved their point with this interview...this sounds like the majority of border agents we have spoken to trying to get a driver cleared at the border...honestly couldn't deal with what the drivers put up with at the border with people like this...and yes, we even switched our border crossing point as these border agents on both sides were getting ridiculous. CBSA should be ashamed of this entire situation AND how this seemingly fearless leader is training and going to be training officers based on the radio interview. Since when did we start hiring what sounds like "Americans" on the CBC national radio to manage our inbound border!! Definitely seems like a "top down" kind of problem based on this treat of an interview...what a joke! Good on the guy conducting the interview for remaining calm, collected, friendly, reasonable and well... stereotypically Canadian! lol
