Do not haul for any of these companies, I have pulled out their emails and all the details, it is 100% confirmed that they are the same people.

Same numbers in both of these companies signature

Anyone wondering their suite number in that building - it is 200

The documents provided only show 1001431910 Ontario Inc - there is no mention of any trade business names. Technically, CASE Freightways, or any other name, is not affiliated to 1001431910 Ontario Inc. You should ask for a Corporate Profile report for the company that has the name CASE Freightways registered.
What I find odd is why did the company incorporate on Dec 2, 2025 and then 2 weeks later the sole Director changed? Looks like you need to track down who exactly is Alex Stoianovici.
