Looking for a Carrier that has a "TIB"....small shipment available now.

TIB's are usually set up by the shipper and the broker. I don;t believe anything special is required on the carrier's part. I do TIB's all the time

Agreed Dave. A Temporary Import Bond is arranged between the customer and their customs broker. Just a word of caution, the bond must be cancelled when the goods are returned to their country of origin. This can be troublesome if you use a different carrier for the return leg of the move and should be brought to their attention when booking that portion of the shipment.
