Carrier reference - tailgate - NY

Looking for reference(s) on Carrier(s) that would have a terminal facility in NY and/or NJ so Canadian Carrier can drop shipments at their terminal...for final delivery into New York City. Shipment size would range from 5 skids > 15

I would suggest Airoute Cargo. I believe Polaris uses only agents in those areas and that volume of freight may be too much for them but they may be able to refer you as they are pretty cool people there too. Pilot Air Freight does a good job for reasonable prices I have found (gopilot.com) if you want to check them out and don't let the name throw you. They're in pretty much every major market in the US. Hope that helps.
 
Can't find the number but google Courier Systems in Bayonne NJ, been around since the 40's do a good job in the metro NY area as a carrier agent.

For Greater new York and NJ, You will not find better than William Palumbo & Sons Trucking.

They are actually the agent that Air Route is now using.
They do not have a terminal on Long Island as Courrier system has, but they are more reliable for Manhattan deliveries.

The location of their terminal is in Jersey City NJ and is quite easy to access and the yard is fenced in. There is even great Pizza at the entrance to the yard.

Their rates are competitive.
We have worked with them for the last 10 years at least.
