Did you took loads for them? Are these guys broker or transport company?

They appear to be licensed with FMCSA as a carrier only, and hold no registration as a broker under that name.

So their website show they do brokerage, but they are not listed as broker and trucking companies are taking loads from them without having a TRANSPORTATION BROKER LEGAL LIABILITY POLICY from them... Am I missing something ?

No, you’re not missing anything. Many licensed carriers also operate as a broker and sell their freight to other carriers. Technically, if the freight is destined to or originates from the US, they are required to hold a property brokers licence. A great number of carriers either ignore this regulation, or aren’t aware of it. There are others that operate within the rules and hold registrations as both a carrier and a freight broker. When you accept freight from anyone, broker or carrier, your primary concern should be, “will I get paid for my services”? If you are dealing with a properly licensed freight broker, in the event of non payment, you have the recourse of making a claim against their surety bond, something not available to you when dealing with a company without proper registration. The choice is yours.
