Looking for service reviews and if they are a dbl brokering risk looking to give a few load to Texas

I've used Capture quite a few times in the past but less this year 7 loads in 2021 in Feb and Mar.
Service was good, always got email updates when loaded / in transit / delivered.
TX is what they do.

no Double brokerage or even the hint of it when we were working together
