For the record, I've always had positive interactions with the people at LL at all levels of the company. In my experience, they always made a logical decision based on the facts presented.

@HRDLINE23 please update us on the court proceedings when you have a chance.

We won in Court, although judge voiced his opinion on odds of recouping funds. Sent off to our collections service who will track him down. I wont hold my breath on it, but our collections people are aggressive so we will see how they make out.
