Consolidated Carriers won't pay!!!

:mad:We have tried numerous times to contact someone regarding our outstanding payments and the person in accounting is never available. Nobody else seems to know anything at all about anything at all! We have decided to take action against Consolidated Carriers and our lawyer has suggested that we post here to see if anyone would be interested in joining us. Please contact MIKE at 416-878-8855.

Still moving freight

As recently as August 5, they convinced a US broker in TX that they were a carrier, and then rebrokered to another legit carrier. They still operate from McIntosh Dr in Markham (as you turn in to the driveway, keep going straight and you'll take out their offices - all600 sq ft of them.)

So even though they are off Link, they are still on the Get Load.com and Internet Truckstops of the world. Just not sure what name or buddy's name they are using to repost the loads.

BTW - do not confuse with Consolidated Carriers on Main St Markham. Despite a comment posted a while back by AMA (there's more to that story), Consolidated Carriers have been around a long time, well operated by Wayne McCord and Dave Uhrig.
 
What part of the story about Consolidated wasnt true? the fact they short paid me $800 without telling me and just sending me a short cheq? that my straight truck delivered their load to North Carolina ON TIME with a clean bill of lading? there is no need to get in the middle.

These guy's are scamming. Dbl Brkg loads offering more to carriers than they are charging. Do not use !!!!!!
 
from what i just heard is that they went to ram western. not verified but was a source.

think you will find they are also under another name (as a carrier) they book the load then broker it tru canadian...had a run in with them last year..happened i knew the loads they were offering and called the company (CH ROBINSON)to see why i was being paid more for there load than the original broker paid...was told he paid them 1300 p/l and they were offering me 1900... THINK THEY WERE GOING TO PAY ME?????...LOL
they were taniraj or something like that.
 
i got into the same issue last year with CH Robinson. Some crook double brokered a load to me for more than CH was paying. I figured it out while I still had the load on my truck. Got into a big fight with CH as they did not want to pay me a proper rate .. long and short of it CH cut me off as a carrier after dealing with them for 10 plus years.

I'snt trucking just a wonderful business to be in anymore??...new way of doing business I guess..get into a fight and not pay the bills...close enough is a acceptable standard of service...run up hugh bills and then don't answer the phones....and who ever yells and screams the hardest..."WINS"
times are tough and going to get just a little bit worst as we all adjust to the new economic times...
you all as well as myself want to survive the comming months,,,learn to sit a little longer to get guaranteed money and tell the deadbeats (you all know who you are... or who they are) just what you think of them...I DO ..(but as i tell them...not here to impress anyone...just trying to make a living and will proably be around a little longer due to my "ATTITUDE")
