Any one with info, told us that it was his day and tried to charge us 3 times the going rate...?

And to top it all off, on previous load, refused to deliver since he didn't like the delievery appt!

I have used them in the past without any issues.
Perhaps they were raising their rates before Thanksgiving. I had a few carriers wanting BIG bucks for inbound LTL yesterday.
