Hey all...1/1/13 rapidly approaching, and I am still not clear on what happens with California.
Am I correct that Smartway, low rolling resistance tires, clean air and all the stuff the ARB talks about only applies to tractors with 53' or larger vans and reefers?
Lets say a little guy (like me)...all 2006 MY or 2007, no vans or reefers...is there any impact on me right now?
I would love it if someone smarter than me gave me a clear cut anwser, because the more I read, the more lost and unsure I get.
