Can anyone tell me about CAI Logistics, Moncton, NB? We picked up five loads for them back in October and every day they are coming up with a new excuse. Before they were telling me that they will pay me when they get paid from the government for their army loads. They got paid almost a month ago. I have been calling them every week and they said we made some bad financial decisions - we will pay in January. They owe me about $25,000. My concern is if I will get paid???

HMMMM these deadbeats are still around. Good luck on getting paid from them.

We dealt with them as well. Sadly, a $700 load from Toronto to Montreal from the 25th of May was paid the 1st week of November - 150+ days.

We had to call probably every week for the entire month of October after being charged back for the freight bill by our factoring company.

That sounds really bad if they owe you $25k. Especially Army loads (which are not supposed to be brokered out in the transportation agreement they make you sign).
