We've moved only a few loads with CMX Bomanville, and had no problems with the work they did.
However, and this may be a sign that trouble looms: We received a call from Pacer Transport of Dallas TX. looking for payment of an invoice (US $6,750). Apparently the last load they did for us (May 14/08) was as an agent for Pacer, but they didn't inform us of this. We paid CMX directly on 6/17 and they deposited the cheque. They didn't forward the funds to Pacer, and won't fess up. We sent Pacer the payment info and a copy of the cleared cheque.
