One load with this company and it will be the last. Booking confirmation had an agreed rate and "must deliver ASAP" - no delivery time. Had to request payment information twice - when cheque showed up was short paid. Called and was told shipment was late and road service was requested. Their booking agreement did not indicate any of this information and when I questioned it was told "alot of things get done sideways in this industry..." If this is the direction C&D is heading - sideways - good luck.
If you are going to deal with this company - better make sure ALL NECESSARY load details are outlined on the agreement. Very unprofessional outfit.
