Sure have changed their tune then. We put them on DNU a few years ago over 100 days plus on payments and not paying waiting time that was promised.

I'm always scared to work for them as their operations people don't know their proverbial butts from a hole in the ground. Broker temp shipments, have no idea about temperature requirements for commodities, don't understand. Call center mentality, steer clear from their brokerage side for sure.
And Rob, burning carriers on waiting time is nothing new for them. First burned me in 2004...tiger never changes its stripes.
