So my accountant was going over our payments to all the factoring companies and he found a double payment from June 2023... I reached out and they said "o yes I see that" i asked how and why wouldn't have called to advise us on this? No reply other than a pic of a chq for 3500.00 back to us....
So beware is you double pay them they will keep it unless you find it and ask for it back.... also, what's alarming is in Dec we asked for statements to see if we missed anything or if there was credit and they came back and said no credit and this was in Dec 2023 so they knew dam well and lied to us....
